Each tenant has their own portal where they can submit maintenance requests, including complaints that need to be resolved.

Late payments are predetermined in the lease; Managewere charges a $25 late fee with a 5-day grace period from the first day of the month. 

The application process is very thorough and runs a background, credit, income, rental  history, and eviction check on each applicant. 

A periodic walk-through is performed every six months or when a unit is rented or vacated.
